Prior to starting Houston Reed, LLC, Denise Houston spent the entirety of her 26-year career at Plakas Mannos in Canton, Ohio. She was named a partner of the firm in 2007 and has been rated one of the state’s top family law attorneys by industry groups including Super Lawyers ® and Best Lawyers ®. Houston holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.

Kayla graduated from Youngstown State in 2015 and University of Akron School of Law in 2019. She is also a member of the Stark County Bar Association.

Nikki Reed brings more than a decade of private practice experience to Houston Reed, LLC. Before opening Reed Law Offices, LLC in 2010, she worked for the Stark County Department of Job and Family Services’ child support division as a staff attorney. Reed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Yale University and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Akron School of Law.
